I've been waiting for my BTC for more than 2 hours now, and it just keeps getting worse every week. This is taking way too long!

I can’t give it a zero, so here’s a 1 on Trustpilot. I had a crucial deadline and needed to swap my BCH for TRX to top up my tether TRC20. I sent the amount, and the system indicated I had 45 minutes to wait for confirmations. After about 30 minutes, the window closed, stating the exchange had expired. At that moment, my transaction had already been fully confirmed with 6 out of 6 blocks. When I reached out to support, they informed me that 8 confirmations were necessary. Once I got those 8 confirmations, the exchange completely disappeared from my history. They then claimed it wasn’t their issue and that the BCH network was just slow, offering to do the exchange at a fixed rate (which basically means the highest rate they could charge me). As I write this, I still haven’t received my funds, and whether I do or not, I’m never using this terrible service again. Thanks a lot, ChangeNow team, for wasting my time and cash.
